• Badam oil (1 ml)

Dosage

• Warm the oil slightly by rubbing it between your palms, then gently apply to the baby's skin using soft, circular motions starting from the legs and moving upward to the chest, arms, and back. Leave the oil on for 15–30 minutes before a bath.
